About Us

We founded Indigenous Omega based on our own unique professional experiences. We've learned that there is a gap in the understanding between the "reality" and the "perceived" between Indigenous and non-Indigenous relationships. We've built our programming to work within that gap and to create spaces where mutual understanding can be achieved, which lays the foundation to create strong, healthy working relationships. We work to protect and advocate for Indigenous sovereignty and community agency. We work to achieve our vision through education, training and consultation to develop nation-to-nation relationships.
